Frequently Asked Questions

How is your tea different from grocery store brands?β–Ό

Most commercial teas are machine-harvested and blended from dozens of sources, often years old. Our teas are hand-plucked from single estates, shipped within months of harvest, and cupped for flavor purity. You can taste the difference in clarity, aroma, and complexity.

Do you ship outside the US?β–Ό

Currently we ship within the continental US and to Canada. International shipping is in development β€” sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

What does "direct trade" mean exactly?β–Ό

We visit each tea estate personally, negotiate prices directly with growers, and pay a premium above market rates. This ensures farmers receive fair compensation and we get first access to the best harvests. No middlemen, no opaque supply chains.

Can I sample teas before buying bulk?β–Ό

Absolutely. Every tea is available in a 15g sample size β€” enough for 4-5 cups. We also offer a Discovery Box with six curated samples for $28. Visit our tasting room in Austin by appointment to try before you buy.
